Two booking details need an answer
- Hard Rock: its English page asks for direct booking at least three days ahead; the Thai page says four. Their weight-limit wording also differs. Send the hotel every animal’s weight and ask it to confirm eligibility and the reservation deadline together.
- La Miniera: the villa page above says three pets and four permitted species. The Hilton hotel-information page instead lists up to five dogs or cats, limited to the villa and pet-friendly zone. Ask the property and your booking channel which conditions apply to the exact room and rate.
Have the agreed conditions attached to your reservation. The most generous wording across different pages is not a combined offer.
Match your pet to the room
Send the property your dates and every animal’s species, breed, age and weight. Ask it to name the eligible room in its reply, together with the entrance, lifts and toileting areas you should use.
Before you pay
- Total cost: pet charges, deposit, cleaning, tax and refund conditions.
- Records: vaccination evidence or other documents to bring.
- Time apart: unattended-pet rules and arrangements for housekeeping.
- Cancellation: what happens if the confirmed pet room is unavailable at check-in.
Keep the answer and the room/rate conditions with your booking reference. Resolve differing replies before payment.

No. It confirms that the property publishes a policy; availability and eligibility still need written confirmation for your dates and animal.
Can my pet use the hotel pool?
