Accessibility statement
PattayaPets should be usable by everyone, including people who rely on a keyboard, a screen reader, or browser zoom. We build toward the WCAG 2.2 AA standard.
What we do
- Semantic HTML, clear heading order and visible focus outlines.
- A ‘skip to content’ link and full keyboard navigation.
- Colour contrast that meets AA, and text that reflows on small screens and at high zoom.
- Core content, navigation and ordinary form submission remain available when JavaScript is disabled; enhanced search and filters are progressive enhancements.
- Descriptive link text and alternative text on meaningful images.
- Header search submits to
/searchand works without JavaScript. - Live search results on the search page update with
aria-livewhen JavaScript is enabled. - Mobile navigation can be opened and closed with the keyboard (Escape closes it).
Known limitations
Site search needs JavaScript to query the full index; without it, use the sitemap or guides page. We have not yet completed an independent manual audit with assistive-technology users. If you find a page that is hard to use, we want to know — that feedback directly shapes our fixes.
Report a problem
Email info@pattayapets.com with the page, browser or assistive technology and what went wrong.
