Relocation scope differs by business and route. A listing does not establish that an agent handles every document, airport, carrier or destination.

• Get the scope in writing. List every document, authority, appointment, crate, booking, airport handoff and destination step, with the party responsible and the evidence of completion.
• Price the boundaries. Record inclusions, exclusions, taxes, third-party charges, change fees, cancellation terms and what happens after a delay.
• Match the exact route. Ask which operating carrier, airport, animal category and destination rules the quote covers; do not rely on a different country or previous move.
