Before requesting a stay
Three points to confirm with Elite Dog Resort
- Eligibility conflicts
- The house rules describe small and medium dogs up to 15 kg; the terms and About page describe small breeds. Obtain written acceptance for the exact breed, weight, temperament and dates.
- First stay
- The operator advertises first-time orientation packages and case-by-case behaviour assessment. Ask what the assessment includes and whether play will be group or one-to-one.
- Check-in evidence
- Prepare current vaccination proof and disclose health, parasite-control, diet and behaviour information. Confirm the scheduled arrival and collection times.
Still confirm in writing: the current room, total price and deposit, cancellation terms, camera or video access, emergency authority and transport costs, and spoken-language support. Read the operator’s house rules and terms before paying.
Other care arrangements: in-home pet sitters and cat boarding and sitters. Moving internationally? See bringing a pet to Thailand.
