Soi Dog’s current adoption and visitor pages locate its sanctuary in Mai Khao, Phuket. Older reports described Pattaya sterilisation work, but this review did not find a current official Pattaya programme page. It is therefore presented as a Thailand-wide alternative, not a Pattaya rescue.
